At For U 2 Stay, we are committed to providing our guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. While every effort is made to ensure that our facilities and amenities are maintained to the highest standards, guests enter and use the premises entirely at their own risk.

By confirming a booking, entering the property, or making use of any facilities provided by For U 2 Stay, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Personal Liability

The owners, management, and staff of For U 2 Stay shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage of any nature suffered by guests or visitors while on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents occurring in guest rooms, common areas, parking areas, braai facilities, stairways, or surrounding property.

Personal Property

Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their own personal belongings at all times. For U 2 Stay cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, valuables, vehicles, or contents left in vehicles or anywhere on the premises.

Use of Facilities

All facilities and amenities provided at the property are used entirely at the guest’s own risk. Guests are expected to use all equipment, appliances, and facilities responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided.

Children and Pets

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the property. Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of children. Where pets are permitted by prior arrangement, owners remain fully responsible for the behaviour and safety of their animals.

Damage to Property

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, appliances, or facilities during their stay, whether caused by themselves or their visitors. Any such damage may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the responsible party.

Acceptance of Terms

By staying at For U 2 Stay, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this indemnity and disclaimer. If a guest does not agree with these terms, they are requested to notify the host prior to occupying the accommodation.
